Maintenance Reliability Engineer (Job Number: 014989W-01)
We are looking for a talented individual to join our Beloit, WI maintenance team in the position of Maintenance Reliability Engineer. As the Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will be required to use your knowledge of engineering, equipment design, predictive and preventive maintenance practices, planning, and project execution to drive equipment reliability, maintainability, and availability. The objective is to support site goals by the development, execution, and analysis of maintenance plans for site equipment and facilities. This position involves working closely with our process technicians, engineers, and our contract partners to maximize reliability of the equipment and minimize production downtime to ensure maximization of enzyme manufacturing.

As a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will report to the Maintenance Manager, and enable the efficiency and effectiveness of 8 maintenance employees and supports a 24/7 process facility. Identification, Design and Implementation of facility and equipment upgrades
Lead in the identification and resolution of recurring reliability issues
Lead in analyzing the Predictive Maintenance activities
MIQA Element Lead
Reliability and Maintainability input to Capital Team
Lead Capital improvement/replacement projects in Maintenance
FMEA of aging and new equipment
RCFA to identify and eliminate costly down-time causing defects.
Develop strategies and improvement programs to close reliability and knowledge gaps.
Lead multi-discipline reliability improvement teams.
Network with site, area, and corporate reliability resources to leverage learning Model appropriate behavior for; Safety Health Environment/Project Safety Management and Ethics and Respect for People Core Values.
We are looking for an effective, results-driven, self-directed and motivated team player who communicates in an open, honest manner. In addition, qualified candidates should possess the following:
University or Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field and 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience working safely in an Industrial Environment OR High school diploma and 7-10 years Maintenance Reliability experience
Basic understanding of reliability and maintenance principles
Experience in Utilities: Steam, Air, Refrigeration, Water
Working knowledge of MIQA, PSM,
Able to communicate well with all levels of the organization including technicians, engineers, contractors, SHE, and management
Able to plan prioritize and implement multiple concurrent projects
Results oriented. Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lead and uphold core values (Respect for People, SHE, Ethics, Environmental Stewardship)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, Build both technical and soft skills in work group
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Knowledge of reliability and maintenance principles
Ability to do moderate to heavy stair climbing (including vertical ladders), along with the ability to work above floor surfaces (heights)
Ability to do moderate to heavy lifting (55 lbs)
