Key Account Specialist (Job Number: 015297W-01)


General Duties

Develop the market for dry type transformer in India.

  • Establish specification

  • Influence utilities / end usersand adopt product

  • Lead demand creation

Manages all aspects of the selling process and relationship with channels/end users.

Promotes products and application solutions to end users and manage the channels to markets.

Responsible to develop sale growth strategy based on robust industry knowledge, market insights and competitive intelligence

Track related industry regulations, dynamics, trend and leading indicators for new business/application opportunities in the assigned segments

Formulate MC and branding strategy to build up the DuPont branding and create demand pull through



The sum total of skill/education needed for acceptable job performance (eg, degree required, vocational training, specialised training, field experience, etc).

Education : Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, electrical engg preferred. Master's Degree in in business management will be a plus

Experience : 10-12 years’ experience in industry sale.

Skills :

Understanding of the electrical industry value chain

Technical inclined, high self-development capability and motivated to become an expert in the field

Ability to work independently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

Must be able to prioritize and plan to manage multi-segments at the same time.

Ability to handle / connect with multi-level from management to operation level

Solution & Result oriented with good business acumen - ability to drive demand, hunger for sale and aggressive for market share

Good language / communication / presentation skill
