DuPont Credit Analyst in Jiangsu, China
Credit Analyst (Job Number: 016635W-01)
Perform and coordinate all collections activitiesincluding correspondence with customers, execution of effective collectionprocedures to improve cash flow and reduce past due.
Be proactive in resolving credit problems andconducting collection of past due accounts to achieve assigned collectiontarget.
Monitor credit exposure and AR performance inorder to facilitate proactive management of risks, and negotiate creditterms when customers are unable to meet established guideline.
Serve as a key member of Credit and Collectionteam and provide start-to-finish credit solutions to internal and externalclients.
Review and manage order holds on daily basis andcommunicate effectively to keep appropriate organizations up to date ofcustomer issues and situations affecting the continued release of orders.
Ensure the compliance of credit process withapplicable policies and procedures
Liaise with SBUs to ascertain customer creditrequirements to contribute to top-line growth
Trade bills coordination
Order release for Danisco entities
Assist other entities in destination collectioneffort for customers based in Asia Pacific
Develop sustainable process improvement forworking capital improvement such as past due management
Take initiative to improve current operationalprocess to improve productivity
Support and be part of the regional credit teambased in Singapore for regional projects and growth initiatives whenrequired
College graduateor Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Accounting professional equivalent.
Minimum 2 to 3years experiences in Credit and Accounts Receivable area.
SAP and BusinessWarehouse knowledge is preferred.
Advance knowledgeof Microsoft Excel, Power Point and email programs.
Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills in English are a must.
Good command oflocal language (Mandarin/ Korean/ Japanese) consider a plus
