We are looking for recent college graduates who have a passion for delivering innovative, sustainable solutions that meet our customer needs for a better, healthier, safer life to join our Supply Chain Development Program, (SCDP), which includes assignments in our Supply Chain (SC) and Sourcing & Logistics (S&L) organizations. We have a variety of meaningful positions that provide opportunities for personal and professional development while contributing to DuPont through implementing supply chain best practices, driving competitively advantaged supply of materials and services, and optimizing distribution networks.
- Recent college graduates can join DuPont through our Supply Chain Development Program which provides early career development through a variety of challenging rotational assignments.
Program duration is approximately 4-6 years in length consisting of 2-3 assignments in different locations and/or business units. Opportunities include, but are not limited to, the buying and implementation of various commodity supply strategies, optimization of logistics networks, scheduling of our assets, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain policies, processes & systems. Qualified candidates should be 100% geographically flexible throughout the US for the duration of the program. Rotation locations include, but are not limited to Wilmington, DE; Richmond, VA; and various locations throughout the mid-west.
The Supply Chain Development Program members will be provided the opportunity to:

Applicants must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for these opportunities:
Have successfully completed a Bachelors or Masters Degree program at an accredited college or university in Supply Chain/Operations Management, Engineering, Business with relevant experience or a related field
Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
Be available to start full-time employment in 2018
Have the right to work in the U.S. without restriction
Preferred qualifications include the following:
Previous work experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management or related fields
