We are looking for talented, business-minded college students to join our Supply Chain Summer Internship or Sourcing & Logistics Co-Op or Intern programs. We have a variety of meaningful assignments that will allow students to gain valuable experience in the rapidly changing world of global supply chains by implementing supply chain and supply management best practices, driving competitive advantage with our suppliers of materials and services, optimizing distribution networks, and learning about the DuPont Integrated Business Model. The assignments provide students the opportunity to develop by integrating classroom theory with practical work and to demonstrate their talents for future career opportunities at DuPont.

We have Supply Chain & Sourcing and Logistics Summer internships. The internship commitment is from May/June 2018 through August 2018. The Sourcing & Logistics Co-Op Student Employment Program is approximately 6 months, with session availability starting either 1H 2018 or 2H 2018. The positions are located at our headquarters in Wilmington, DE, New Century, KS, Richmond, VA, and Indianapolis, Indiana.

As an Intern or Co-Op you will have opportunities to do the following:

  • Develop an understanding of internal DuPont Supply Chain or Sourcing & Logistics processes.

  • Gain exposure to both the domestic and international aspects of DuPont's Supply Chain or Sourcing & Logistics networks

  • Participate in student employment programs and work-specific training and development.

  • Work with experienced Supply Chain or Sourcing & Logistics professionals in the performance of responsibilities.

  • Develop an understanding of DuPont Strategic Business Units, Functions and Operations, our product offerings and how materials and service requirements and issues are managed.

  • Work in a business casual environment with flexible work/life opportunities.

Qualifications

The following requirements MUST be met for consideration in this student employment program:

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited college or university

  • Currently at least a Junior in an undergraduate bachelor’s degree program, or a graduate student in a master’s degree program

  • A specific major is not required although preference will be given to candidates studying Supply Chain Management/Operations Management, Engineering/Sciences or Business

  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred

  • Available to complete the entire assignment

  • Have the right to work in the U.S. without restriction.
