IT Control & Compliance Manager (Job Number: 014628W-01)


The IT Controls and Compliance Manager is responsible for directing and implementing strategies across the Global IT Function to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal procedures. The incumbent will be responsible for internal compliance programs associated with the entire Information Technology life cycle.

The successful candidate will be accountable for management control quality systems including Audit, Management Review, and Escalation to Management to ensure issues are proactive identified and managed.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and administering a management escalation process to ensure appropriate issues are elevated for management awareness and intervention.

  • Facilitating the management review process with executive management.

  • Ensuring the quality and compliance of all required regulatory notifications.

  • Communicating with regulatory bodies.

  • Developing and sustaining a high performing team

  • Developing a comprehensive IT assurance program

  • Developing and leading a comprehensive IT Risk strategy

  • Oversee various internal and external teams conducting IT Risk Assessments

  • Experience leading team of direct reports.

  • Effective verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to interface with internal and external contacts at all levels. Ability to clearly communicate via verbal presentations and in writing.

  • Must be capable of establishing relationships both internally and externally, and at all levels.

  • Must be able to effectively work across multiple functional areas,

  • Ability to think and act independently and make sound decisions; demonstrated ability to complete projects on time; and good problem-solving skills.


Skills & Experience:

  • 5 years public accounting and an Active CISSP and CISA certification

  • Finance or Information Technology undergraduate degree. MBA is a plus

  • Experience in ITIL, COBIT and ISO frameworks
