Job Description (Responsibilities)
Provide support for all IT related activities (Desktop/Laptops, IT-equipments, Applications). This role applies for the main site, the remote sites and remote users in Egypt.
Work with central Helpdesk support on IT infrastructure related issues.
Work with service providers for site related projects.
Responsible to apply Global IT strategies, polices, securities.
Report, resolve or escalate problems and issues using central Helpdesk.
Assist remote support teams with activities related to site when it’s necessary.
Assets Inventory: Maintain up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment.
Provide training for general PC skills for users (Windows, MS office or other training since required).
Provide day to day support of all T-Comm installed equipments.
Follow up with ISP for Network connectivity for all our sites to ensure network availability on 24/7 basis.
Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of reporting systems (MS management reporter/ Sql reporting) is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL database is a plus.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
Position will be based in Cairo, However, candidate may require to travel to other site.

Well planned and organized.
Completed military service or exempted.
