We are looking for an exceptional Technical Services Account Manager – Grain Processing to be responsible for the following tasks:
Providing technical service/support to the Fuel Ethanol and Carbohydrate Processing customers through:
Supporting and documenting product trials
Assisting the customer with operational optimization and troubleshooting
Providing data analysis and interpretation
Providing customer training
Assisting in the sales process through all of the above
Coordinate sales and technical service activities with resources within the company by:
Providing documented trial results, review, and reporting on existing and new products
Assist with product performance issues
Review and report project results
Interpret project data and provide feedback
Assist in product development projects
Assist in developing product performance criteria
Develop field scale trial plans
Provide on-site trial assistance
Report and interpret data
B.S. in Engineering disciplines, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field
Industrial plant and/or laboratory experience, with a hands-on emphasis strongly preferred.
Experience with statistical analysis of large data-sets and reporting
Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel
Good record-keeping skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication abilities are required.
The successful candidate must be motivated and creative with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Experience with customer interfacing and/or presentation of technical data.
Desire to work in a multidisciplinary team and capability of working independently
Self-starter; independent achiever and highly motivated with good organizational skills
Willingness to travel up to 50% - this position will be home office based with customers in primarily the Midwest region
