District Sales Manager - Mindanao (Job Number: 192004W-01)

Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategy in an assigned territory in accordance with a business plan.

  • Find and exploit new opportunities in the market whilst maintaining the existing business (develop & Managing Dealer & Chanel)

  • Work closely with the country management team including R&D and Marketing to develop, implement and follow up business plans and objectives.

  • Lead, coach and monitor sales team including Commission Agent in an assigned territory by providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure successful performance.

  • Ensure all sales activities complied with related internal and external policy, regulations and core value

Qualifications

  • Must be minimum Bachelor degree from Agriculture or related major

  • Must be willing to be located in designated area

  • Experience in business agriculture (Sales & Marketing) min 5 year
