MainResponsibilities

As a member of the Controllership organization, the individual performing this job is responsible for performing the role of entity leader for Corteva. As entity leader for a subsidiary, the accountant will have responsibilities for overall data integrity of the subsidiary’s financial statements, USGAAP & Local GAAP compliance, statutory filing, client satisfaction, cross process coordination, account reconciliation coordination, individual reconciliation responsibilities as well as being a focal point for audits, schedules and other related duties. The employee will be asked to participate in various Financial Accounting team projects for the purpose of improving efficiencies and client satisfaction.

AccountPayable

  • Posting invoice tosystem (SAP) for Indonesia Language , invoicing

  • Prepare and monitor payment including manual payment i.e salary and Tax.

  • Monthly reconciliation and follow up action

Treasury related

  • Manage bank documentation , provide supporting document for payment

  • Check daily incoming andbalance bank.

  • Maintain coordination with Regional Treasury, i.e amend the listof authorized person

  • Maintain coordination with Cash Application team

Other assignment

  • Country DOA (delegation of authorithy) Coordinator

  • MonitorInternal and External Control compliance (Stock Opname, Audit etc

Qualifications

General Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degrees withmajoring in Accounting/Finance.

  • Minimum 4 years ofworking experience in similar position.

  • Good command in English,able to communicate in clear and accurate manner.
