PositionPurpose:

  1. Procure LogisticsServices to support solutions implementation in Warehouse and Transport andsupport cross-border buying in Indonesia

  2. Lead Indonesia Trade Compliance activities

PositionResponsibilities:

  1. Maintain the Highest BusinessEthics Standard

  2. Ability to develop, implement andexecute a supply strategy based on market conditions, business/supply chainneeds and available resources

  3. Ability to develop and articulatealternatives, perform value analysis as well as being capable ofevaluating the risks using a data-based approach to determine the impact,efficiency and effectiveness of alternative supply solution.

  4. Result oriented with Intelligentproblem-solving skills to deliver innovative and competitively-advantagedsolutions

  5. Ability to demonstrate stronginterpersonal, analytical, and project management skills to develop qualityrelationships with stakeholders & suppliers

  9. Implement standard logisticsprocesses, tools, initiatives, best practices and optimization activities

  10. Work closely with country SupplyChain & other stakeholders on new initiatives to meet business need

  11. Maintain good knowledge of marketsituation

  12. Execute regulatory complianceprograms

  13. Oversee and communicate regulatory changeswith the development of best practices

  14. Provide overall guidance andtraining to businesses, and help them to meet regulatory requirements in doingbusiness

  15. Monitor, track and reportcompliance metrics and issues, leading improvement actions

  16. Manage 3 party logisticscompanies with the establishment of the process of ensuring quality andprofessional services

  17. Drive cost savings in import andexport, especially from FTA and duty drawback

  18. Enhance productivity byestablishing simplified and standard process

  19. Represent country Logistics, and act as afocal person for regional compliance networks

  20. Lead periodic review meeting with business supply chain at countrylevel to understand business requirement, to share logistics performancemetrics / spend / market trend and project initiative, to align on path forwardto deliver valuable logistics service to meet business growthrequirement.

  21. Regularly interacts with internal customers and realize customerVOC to improve logistics service level.

  22. Lead supplier management to ensure that all logistics service isdelivered safely meeting regulation requirement.

  23. Lead supplier relationship management to continually driveperformance improvement and value creation to business

  24. Work with logistics service provider and internal customers toidentify optimization opportunities and align with action plan

  25. Network with supply chain / CSR group

  26. Engage in logistics projects

Qualifications

Requirement and Qualification

  1. Bachelor Degree, preference to Logistics, Supply Chain

  2. Knowledge of international trading and regulations

  3. 2+ years buying experience in dealing with diversified logisticssuppliers and tools (e.g., reverse auction, etc.)

  4. Interpersonal and communication skills

  5. Team work and collaboration

  6. Understanding of supply chain process

  7. Fluency (able to speak, read, write, and comprehend fluently) inEnglish

  8. Strong track record of leading logistics project to effectivesolutions including the understanding of supplier base, evaluating options,deciding a course of action, and beginning implementations, etc.

  9. High level of computer literacy including MS PowerPoint, Word,Excel, etc.
