KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manageend to end order fulfillment process, such as:
  1. Processes orders into order management system

  2. Managing customers, logistics partners calls and inquiries

  3. Respond to complaints

  4. Go through return process

  5. Work with the logistics service providers on the vessels booking and shipping documents

  6. Process invoices and credit notes as needed

  7. Provides information such as import and literature as needed

  • Createa positive internal/external experience with cross-function

  • Analyzedata utilizing reports and systems

  • Contributecontinuous process improvements in the Team and Supply Chain

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • BachelorsLevel or 2-4 yrs Customer Service and/or export experience

  • Experienceworking with automated order fulfillment systems; global procedures

  • BusinessEnglish

  • Payattention to the details

  • Awarenessof urgency and priority

  • Good atcommunication

  • Teamplayer
