Provide primary administrative support to the Associate General Counsel – Intellectual Property and the Assistant Chief IP Counsel, including scheduling meetings, travel, conferences and special projects. Prepare Power Point presentations for business leadership meetings by gathering, organizing and proofing information. Prepare Excel spreadsheets to capture and track progress on key objectives and priorities for the Intellectual Property Group. Actively contribute to special projects to improve efficiency of legal service delivery. Maintain historical information files and records.

This role will be required to perform, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Make travel arrangements forthe IP team

  • Prepare expense reports for allpractitioners

  • Schedule meetings andconference rooms as requested

  • Process invoices

  • Monitor financial matters

  • Prepare reports fromapplication systems

  • Prepare documents forpractitioners as requested

  • Coordinate executing, deliveryand recordal of legal documents

  • Process incoming correspondence

  • Coordinate offsite recordsstorage and retrieval


Thefollowing are required:

  • High school diploma/GED

  • 3+ years of AdministrativeAssistant, Executive Administrator, Administrative Coordinator, orequivalent administrative experience

  • Attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to becomeproficient in multiple legacy application systems

  • Ability to be a strongindividual contributor and work collaboratively in a team

  • Prior experience with effectivetime management and organizational skills

  • Ability and initiative to workindependently

  • Experience supporting multipleleaders and working in a matrix organization

Thefollowing are preferred:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’sdegree

  • Experience with Corteva Agriscience™, AgricultureDivision of DowDuPont™, internal systems and business processes
