.NET Technical Lead / .NET Solution Engineer (Job Number: 193746W-01)
Corteva Agriscience™, Agriculture Division of DowDuPont™ is recruiting for a Solution Engineer to join our IT Operations group in Johnston, Iowa.
As a Solution Engineer, you will be a technology leader, an inspiring motivator, and a cross-team collaborator who enjoys learning from and sharing knowledge with others. You will have an opportunity to work in a flourishing and diverse environment to design and develop multi-tier, high performance applications for Corteva Agriscience™.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate, Define, Document and Evaluate technicalarchitecture for new and exciting solutions in line with design principlesfor specified domain.
Mentor and Coaching development team on design, coding,and testing competencies and software engineering best practices andstandards.
Partner with Business Process Analysts/Businessrepresentatives, understand business needs and develop vision fortechnology solution to align with business requirements.
Engage with our technical and design teams and othersto help build and maintain standards and shared solutions.
Write code to build solutions per defined technicalrequirements.
Actively work on an agile developmentteam with software developers, business analysts, product owners, and testanalysts to understand the business process flows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, InformationTechnology or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in leading a development team,coaching/mentoring developers to develop solutions that are aligned to businessneeds
Minimum 3 years of applied HTML and CSS experience
Minimum 6 years of applied C# .Net experience
Experience with iOS, Android, CSS3 is useful but not required
Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud technologies is usefulbut not required
Background or interest in biology, genetics, or agriculture and theability to understand and the desire to solve complex scientific problems isuseful but not required
Knowledge and Experience in programming with:
.NETFrame Work, C#
Experiencein programming SQL Server, Entity Framework
