Responsibilities- What you will do
Be a thought leader and show apassion to continuously learn, improve, and share your knowledge
Develop withleading edge technologies while keeping an eye on bleeding edge technologies, practices, and processes
Mentorand promote technical design, coding, and testing competencies in other developers
Engage with our UI/UX team,enterprise architects, and others to help build and maintain standards andshared solutions
Actively work on an agile development teamwith software developers, business analysts,product owners, and test analysts
Analyze,design, develop, and support a variety of new andexciting multi-tier,high-performance solutions for R&D
KeyQualifications - What you will bring
6+years of experience developing highperformance multi-tier applications
Additional 2+ years of experiencearchitecting complex solutions using a variety of technologies
Possessexcellent software architecture design,problem solving skills,and attention to detail
Abilityto work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams and businesspartners
Experiencewith object-oriented languages andweb development technologies
Designingsystems using complex relational database systems and related software frameworks
Strong working experience withdevelopment processes, practices, and softwareengineering design principals
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
Desirable, but not required:
Azure, AWS, or other cloud experience
Backgroundor interest in biology, genetics, or agriculture and the ability tounderstand and the desire to solve complexscientific problems
Experiencewith Angular, Typescript, C#, .Net, Node, and RESTful API Services
Experiencewith CI/CD pipeline tools and developmenttools, such as, Git and Jira
Experiencewith agile development methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum
