Job description:

  • Accounts receivable accounting (outgoing VAT vouchers issuance, customer’s balances reconciliation);

  • Bank statement processing;

  • Vendor’s payments processing (invoice’s collection and inputting into 1C, maintaining client-bank library);

  • Fixed Assets accounting;

  • Processing of the operations of foreign trade activities (import of goods);

  • Travel expense reports processing;

  • Daily inputting of the exchange rates into 1C

  • Ad-hoc reports to business/functions/management;

  • Monthly account reconciliation

  • Performing month end closing activities

  • Maintain Corporate policies and regulations

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

  • University degree, major in Finance/Accounting;

  • Minimum 2 years working experience at accountant position (preferably at the multinational company);

  • Experience with collection and analysis of accounting data;

  • Good practical knowledge of accounting;

  • Knowledge of Ukrainian tax regulations;

  • Excellent communication and networking

  • Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines

  • Computer proficient including 1C, MeDoc, MS Office skills

  • Min. intermediate level of English, fluent Ukrainian/Russian is a must
