Process orders into management system

Process invoices and credit notes as needed

Provides information and literature as needed

Managing customer calls and inquiries

Ensure customer information is accurately maintained in the ERP system

Create a positive internal/external customer experience

Manage end to end order fulfillment process

Process free of charge commercial package samples as needed

Respond to customer complaints via GCMS tool

Actively support Supply Chain Organization objectives and strategies

Analyze customer data utilizing reports and systems

Maintain department ISO procedures

Familarity with impact of forecast on APO

Drive continuous process improvement in the CR team and Supply Chain

Travel as needed

Responsible for managing the end to end cosignment process via forecast and inventory levels at customer location

Qualifications

Looking for 6-8 years of experience.

Primary Location: APAC-India-Maharashtra-Greater Mumbai
