PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

  • Promoteand Communicate to the identified Customers the DuPont Nutrition & Healthsolutions and customer service platform in order to achieve and exceed ourbusiness objectives.

  • Achievefinancial goals for the DuPont Nutrition & Health product range through thedevelopment and execution of the sales business plan, the support and executionof the industry business plans.

  • Consistentlyadhere to and follow all DuPont Core Value principles and business requirementsand guidelines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage both directly and internallycommercial aspects of designated customers with accountability to meet DuPontNutrition & Health budget objectives and client needs.

  • Communicate and promote the agreed standard “First Choice List” ASEAN DuPont Product Range to the Customerbase while meeting DuPont Nutrition & Health agreed segmentation servicepolicy for this Customer base.

  • Action the management of designatedcustomers and partner distributor by forecasting, sampling, providing pricequotations and follow up of customer queries and handling of customer complaints- in accordance with DuPont Nutrition & Health procedures in order todeliver the expected customer sales service platform.

  • Identify, develop and evaluate new businessopportunities at existing and new accounts with partner distributor and capturethese opportunities in Du Pont Nutrition & Health Opportunity Pipeline via SalesForce.com. Selectively convert them into new sales in order to expand theprofitable market share of the company

  • Participate in thedevelopment of Industry plan team for your designated industry segment,identifying assessable market potentials, market trends and key customeropportunities and continually review your execution, progress and potential forupgrades on a monthly cycle with the team.

  • Maintain on a regular basis, Sales Force.com (managementtool) including customer phone call reports, opportunity management (Projectprogression & Measurable value zone’s), segmentation data, competitiveinformation, and forward copies to relevant stakeholders in order to keep theteam informed to optimize business opportunities

  • Provide a timely andaccurate Activity Report to the Industry Sales Leader for inclusion in theASEAN reporting requirements to effectively measure progress against agreedplans and to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Reportswill be completed as per company standards.

  • Work cooperatively withpeers and management to ensure personal and company sales targets andperformance measures are achieved and team based culture fostered.

Qualifications

SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Essential:

Tertiary Qualification in Food Science and Technology, Food and Nutrition, Marketing or other relevant discipline with some customer service or research and development experience,

OR

Higher School Certificate with proven experience in Food Industry or related sales/customer service or research and development environment (min 2 years envisaged).

  • Ableto work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrates respect for people

  • Abilityto assimilate commercial and/or technical information and communicateeffectively to both customers and/or DuPont Nutrition & Health team members

  • Demonstrateddrive to achieve a customer service attitude.

  • Provenability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstratedaccuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strongcommunication and listening skills that are service orientated and focused onexceeding customer expectations.

  • Demonstrated“can do” attitude, positive approach to problem solving and flexible in beingable to prioritise multiple tasks.

  • Experiencein ERP software, computerised office software and business operating software (SAP,Web based, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint essential)

Desirable:

  • PreviousSales Role within the Food Industry; preferably in Beverage & Diary areas

  • Strategic thinking, the flair and ability to development newopportunities & business in the Beverage Industry.

  • Ability to drive business and co-ordinate activities with assignedKey Accounts.
