Currently we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Budaors office.

Position purpose

The purpose of this position is to receive and process customer orders and to provide service information to external customers or potential customers on various types of customer orders, including complex and/or export orders, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Acts as primary customerinterface for important external customers, distributors, potential customersand other roles internal to the business.

  • Receives and processes alltypes of customer orders including complex export orders.

  • Responsible for order handling process from beginning to end.

  • Create and maintain thecustomer sales orders in SAP within contractterms and ensuring that any change in order iscommunicated.

  • Process and follow up oforders in compliance with current policies, procedures and work instructions.

  • Creates, mails, organizesand files sales documents, invoices, credit memos.

  • Maintains mandatory accountdocumentation in good order.

  • Gathers and solves customercomplaints or passes them to supervisor.

  • Manage issue resolution forrespective department(s).

  • Designs, prepares and sendregularly reports regarding sales transactions (mainly order and invoiceinformation) using SAP data and BW facilities.

  • Negotiating priority forurgent requests.

  • Receives, corrects, andprocesses complex orders shipped between regions or plants.



Key requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience in related area: customer service, order management etc.

  • Experience in working with ERP systems, SAP is highly prefered.

  • Profficiency in MS Office software.

  • Ability to identify, define and resolve customer issues in an independent way.

  • Fluency in Hungarian and at least upper-intermediate English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Well organized and detailed oriented.

  • Ability to listen and respond to questions and objections.
