The main Compensation activities include:

  • Processing of salary increases, awards, analysis, reporting, bulk processes (salary survey, merit increase, variable compensation, long term incentives, professional progression) from end to end.

  • Articulation of Compensation processes using a variety of supporting systems and applications as needed, working effectively with different counterparts at different levels in and outside the organization, and following applicable guidelines and local / regional / global policies while ensuring that all auditing requirements are met.

  • Management of SAP entries and modifications, administration and feed of Lotus Notes Databases, running of several types of reports on a regular basis, and responding to ad-hoc report requests.

  • Contributing to SAP data quality by identifying issues and proposing and implementing improvements in cooperation with the relevant counterparts as applicable.

  • Engagement in and contribution to the process improvement and harmonization initiatives and process integration and development needs, cooperating as required with other Compensation Team members, localHR and Rewards Center of Expertise.

  • Advising managers on DuPont Compensation policies and dealing with managers queries ensuring service standards are met

Qualifications

Education and Professional Certifications:

Preferably a university degree in Law, Business Administration, HR or equivalent.

Preferably 2 years of experience in a general or technical HR environment like Payroll, Staffing, Global Mobility, etc.

Fluency in English is a must, fluency in other European languages will be an asset.Attention to detail

  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment

  • Personal computer fluency required with the ability to navigate through multiple windows based computer applications skillfully in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to work independently, managing incoming and outgoing workload on a daily basis

  • Good team player
