This position is responsible for delivering and coordinating efficient global mobility services as part of the EMEA Global Mobility Team. It is critical that the candidate has an experience in Mobility and understands the Company policies related to international transfers as well as the country specific needs and legal requirements for the APAC region, Spain, Italy and Portugal.
Key contact with businesses and employees on Global Mobility issues within Dupont.
Provides specific advice on Company policies and procedures, adapting the advice to local regulations applying in Spain, Italy, Portugal and the APAC region.
Co-ordinates the initiation, monitoring and completion of the international and domestic transfers in compliance with Corporate policies, business needs and employee situation.
Co-ordinates effectively all tasks related to Mobility administration (work permits, relocation, health coverage, etc.).
Ensures compliance with Social Security in Spain, Italy, Portugal and the APAC region, working closely with the local authorities.
Maintain and expand knowledge of country-specific relevant legislation and regulations for Spain, Italy, Portugal and the APAC region.
Covers the operational level on all on-going issues related to international transfers.
Ensure the liaison between businesses and the Global Mobility Coordinator.
Makes sure the relevant approvals are given in accordance with DOA and Company policies.
Co-ordinates third parties involved in international mobility (relocation vendor, Tax consultant, CCAA) and handle corresponding invoices.
Co-ordinates international payroll changes with the international payroll partners.
Advises on Mobility Policy issues.
Managing SAP data quality by identifying issues and propose improvements to the SAP key users.
Troubleshooting at all stages of the transfer process.
Flags out needs for improvement and recommend changes related to either processes, practices or policy (specific focus on Spain, Portugal, Italy and the APAC regionand local compliance).
Member of one or more sub-teams focused on particular activities/projects to optimize our processes.
Cooperate in the effort on process harmonisation and optimisation in all areas of Mobility (documentation, harmonization and implementation) .
Dealing with manager’s, employees’ and HRBP’s queries ensuring service standards are met
Must have previous experience in Human Resources area. Knowledge of specific country procedures for Spain, Italy, Portugal and the APAC region will be an asset.

Proficient in a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for Windows, as well as Outlook and Lotus Notes.
Experience in SAP HR.
Fluency in English is a must.
