Administrative Assistant (Job Number: ADM00002103)
Provides Administrative Support to business including performing a variety of administrative duties and supporting members of management / staff for a business affair. Administrative responsibilities include calendaring, document preparation and management, correspondence, travel/Visa arrangements via Travel Desk, and meeting/travel coordination. Maintains confidentiality.
Provide administrative support to the Business in daily office requirement including but not limited to:
Management of records and correspondence and coordinate all external and internal confidential and non-confidential communications.
Calendaring and Schedule appointments.
Arrange meetings of country management team and coordinate requirements for the meeting.
Coordinate with Department Managers, Pioneer Offices, Government, Non-government agencies pertaining to schedules and activities.
Support Commercial Leader for following up of various business reports / analysis with required program status.
Organize and handle files and confidential matters.
Coordination/provide assistance to all departments for required administrative support. Timely coordination of required visas and all necessary arrangements for local and international incoming and outgoing visits with the help of travel desk / travel experts.
- Minimum Graduation
- 3-5 years of experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English as medium of communication
Computer proficiency (MS Office / SAP)
Planning and organizing abilities
Have strong experience in visa/travel and hotel reservation / system
Having strong knowledge of company and/or business/functional practices, policies, programs and/or product line
Primary Location: EMEA-Pakistan-Punjab-Lahore
