Accounts Payable Analyst (Job Number: 196451W-01)
Drive analytics to support disbursements analytics; monthly, quarterly, annual close activities.
Provide analyses and insight to resolve Level III exception escalations from 3rd party managed services teams.
Develop, coach and mentor Accounts Payable Specialists to perform root cause analyses and business process improvements to eliminate the root cause of escalations and exceptions.
Develop and deliver robust reporting and analytics to support fact based decision making.
Support metrics data capture, analysis and reporting to support performance scorecard, Mutual Service Agreement and Service Level Agreement Reporting.
Utilize the work load repository, SAP ECC and request management tools to capture work product and requests in support of robust demand management. Periodically reviews and evaluates content to drive continuous improvement activities.
University degree in Accounting/Finance will be considered a plus.
Language: English written & spoken fluently is a must.
Spanish will be considered a plus.
Strong computer/systems capability (SAP, BW, Business Objects, Access, Excel, Power Point, database tools such as Tableau, GCAP, Power Play).
Experience with SAP ECC, ARIBA, and other enterprise Procurement systems is a plus.
1-3 years Accounts Payable or controllership experience preferred, with analytics and reporting experience preferred.
Shared Services and Service Management experience a plus.
Demonstrated capability to transform data into meaningful and actionable insights.
Demonstrated capability to participate and collaborate as a member of a team.
Strong communication skills (oral, written and listening, facilitation).
