APAY Compliance Analyst (Job Number: 196456W-01)
The Compliance Analyst partners closely with the Disbursement Leads, Finance and Compliance Leader to:
Assess compliance risk; perform operational compliance reviews & controls testing.
Drive the analytics to support compliance metrics and exception monitoring.
Perform root cause analyses and business process improvement activities to eliminate the root cause of compliance exceptions.
Support project analytics.
Act as team member or leader as required with PtP initiatives.
Provide In-country knowledge.
Develop relationships with local Corteva tax focal points and audit partners.
Act as global liaison in region with tax and legal focal points.
Act as regional focal point for internal and external audits.
University degree in Accounting/Finance
Language: English written & spoken fluently is a must.
Spanish will be considered a plus.
Strong computer/systems capability (SAP, BW, Business Objects, Access, Excel, Power Point, database tools such as Tableau, GCAP, Power Play).
Experience with SAP ECC, ARIBA, and other enterprise Procurement systems is a plus.
3+ years of experience in Finance required, 3+ in Accounts Payable or controller role preferred.
3+ years of experience in Sox, Regulatory and Statutory compliance, or audit is a plus.
Six Sigma Experience and certification a plus.
Ability to manage day to day activities and project work.
Shared Services and Service Management experience a plus.
Ability to transform data into meaningful and actionable insights.
Excellent collaborator with demonstrated capability to partner with other business functions and internal stakeholders.
Strong communication skills (oral, written and listening, facilitation).
