Job Profile Summary

Performs a variety of administrative duties. Provides support to one or more management and / or staff members in a business or functional unit. The work generally requires knowledge of company practices and / or business / functional practices, policies, programs and / or product lines. Resolves routine and non-routine questions. Administrative responsibilities including scheduling, document preparation and management, correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting / travel coordination. Maintain secrecy.

Job Profile Summary

Under direct supervision, perform general administrative / bureaucratic / production support tasks following established procedures and detailed instructions. Support may be in areas such as receiving, mail room, supplier services, production support, data entry or other general administrative services.

Qualifications

Requisitos

Experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management

Bachelor diploma

English language is mandatory and Spanish is desirable

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities

Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
