Description

  • Implement plans to support theachievement of business objectives in China;

  • According to requests of linemanager, develop forward looking applications and solutions of bakeryfillings in business opportunities;

  • Optimize customer solution bynew product development, cost reduction, trouble shooting, and qualityimprovement;

  • Actively and effectivelyprovide the technical service to customers and the trainings tosales/marketing and/or to the customers;

  • Assist and support line managerfor projects/TSRs development and project/lab management;

Qualifications

· Education: University degree or above in food science or food related science

· Work experience: With experience in over 5 years Bakery fillings with recorded good performance

  • Experience in presentationskill, training internal and external customers

  • Technical knowledge/skills:solid knowledge on fillings& bakery application; Project managementskill; Able to plan and prioritize

  • Good oral and writtencommunication skills (both in Chinese & English)

  • Compliance with all companypolicies is required.
