Technical Program Leader (Job Number: 194797W-01)


l Developing Consumer electronics/electrical/electronic core competencies: understand market trends and transfer to technical requirements for material, be familiar with industry test standards and develop technical promotion package for existing product offerings, establish new test method

l Lead new application/product development projects by collaborating closely with marketing, application development, technical service (testing & field support) and R&D team

l Resolving the customer’s technical/quality/analysis issues.

l Collect technical VOCs and deliver them clearly to R&D team for new product development

l Identify the key technical trends for new materials/applications

l Conduct competitive material analysis and benchmark analysis


l MS or above in chemistry, material science, chemical engineering, etc.

l At least two years’ experience in technical service, project management or application development

l Broad and substantial background in application and material science &technology is required

l Experience in customer interaction is a plus

l Experience in CAD/CAE is a plus

l Strong customer focus and drive for effective collaboration with marketing and R&D team

l Very good communication skill in both Chinese and English

l Excellent interpersonal and team working skills are essential, demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams

l Very strong self-motivated
