Americas PV Sales Manager (Job Number: 194078W-01)

DuPont Photovoltaic Solutions (DPVS) is focused on the market development and support of all DuPont PV related offerings to maintain and grown DuPont’s leadership position. DPVS seeks to hire a Regional Commercial Manager for Americas to develop and manage our upstream and downstream customers and help educate, inform and build awareness of superior materials and the role they play in reliability, durability, and power output and their impact on financials returns and lifetime value of solar energy systems

The primary responsibilities for this position include:

  • Grow sales revenue of DuPont Photovoltaic Solution products including Solamet® Paste, Tedlar® film and silicone products in America regions

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with cell/module makers and laminators

  • Work with multi-disciplinary DuPont team, consisting Technical Service, Operation, Marketing, and Research to service our customer with the high DuPont standard

  • Spec in DuPont Photovoltaic offerings at downstream customers and influencers (e.g. developers, IPP’s EPC’s, banks, insurance companies and 3 rd party engineering firms)


  • Bachelor degree in Science or Business

  • At least 3 years solar industry experience and strong solar industry business acumen

  • At least 5 years sales experience with proven record

  • Ability to quickly understand and assimilate new technologies, products and processes

  • Highly effective relationship development and communications

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Self-starter; independent achiever and highly motivated

  • Results oriented: taking initiative, overcoming obstacles, finding creative solutions, demonstrating a track record of setting clear priorities and goals and delivering against them
