Area Sales Manager - Zone B (Job Number: 192003W-01)
Responsible for delivering results and developing sales activities in represented business in the designated geographical area.
Accountable and Responsible to the overall business performance of the Zone both Seeds and Crop Protection Business
Lead and Manage team on Execution of Field Demand Generation Activities to ensure product grounding
Lead and Manage team on Channel Initiatives (Retailer Programs, Distribution Network) to ensure product availability at any time and place
Lead the Zone in identifying and capturing growth opportunities for Seeds and Crop Protection
Managing the relationship and further development of the existing key customers, indirect and direct accounts;
Active proposing sales initiatives for customers in specific area of the country;
Managing of entrusted region according to general objectives of the company and representing the company in commercial and technical relations on dedicated region in cooperation with distributors, farmers and consulting companies;
Contacts with colleagues from technical and commercial departments. Active participation in business teams, whose task is developing future strategies and decisions covering the whole country.
5 to 7 years’ experience,
Solid experience in Sales with distribution and direct customers
Education in Agronomy or any related course
Good knowledge of local agriculture industry,
Strong networking & communication skills
Ready to frequent travel
