Job Description for CSR Lead
Should have good understanding of Order to Cash process
Good knowledge and understanding of SAP SD Module (i.e Pricing, Billing process,despatches,reporting etc..)
Should have good knowledge on GST Law and related areas
Will be good if he/she has any Project implementation experiences (such as SAP Project or in the area of Customer Services ) and have developed SOPs and process simplification/productivity etc..
Create better modes of operations to make customer service easier for both team members and customers
Observe performance of team members to identify their strengths and weaknesses and make arrangements to strengthen their lose ends
Ability to coordinate with other functions to resolve issues faster.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Give constant direction to team members to ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on time and in the best way possible to give them satisfaction
Create and implement work procedures that will enhance the service delivery, operating procedures and standards
Showcase good leadership skills to carry team members along
10+ Years with atleast 2 years experience on similar role
Qualification: Preferably MBA/CA , Mcom/Bcom with experiences with reputed MNC is also fine.
