Job Description: The Executive Services and Market Intelligence Senior Specialist position is part of the Strategy and Enablement team, in the Global Procurement organization. The position is responsible for following:
Providing PowerPoint support and administrativebackup for projects that fall under the Communications and Change ManagementLeader.
PowerPoint designand content layout for highly visible presentation work (managementpresentations, town hall decks, etc.)
Content creation, and have responsibility forcoordinating and publishing that content on the internet/intranet, in additionto creating and posting content to the Yammer network.
Helping to develop and organize GlobalProcurement email distribution lists.
Since this person will also be responsible for providing support to the Supply Market Intelligence Team, experience in the following activities will be added advantage:
Collect, analyze data and provide in-depthreports showing market trends, key reference points.
Excellent secondary research skills includingefficient use of paid/free databases and other industry associations / websites.
Conduct appropriate research requests for TCO(total cost of ownership), clean sheets and financial analysis
Assist in guiding and analyzing researchrequests on key supply markets using a prescribed supply market researchprocess in each business/domain
Analyzes results from various Market Researchtools and prepare complex, high-quality and action-oriented reports to the endclients, for strategy development and implementation
Gather and analyze supplier information andunderstand supplier relationship management process
Highlight areas of opportunity across suppliers,categories and materials
Ensure usage of standard processes in support ofspend saving projects, process optimization and priority business objectives
Drive fact base creation and problem-solvingapproach to develop category/ market strategy
Main connection/ interface with Global Buyers,improvement teams and management teams
Providing Strategic, Analytic & Reporting(MIS) support to Global Service Centers and S&L across regions.
Bachelor’s degree(Communications, Marketing preferred)
Demonstrated experiencein Microsoft Office Suite with expert experience in PowerPoint
Strong eye for design
High attention to detail
Ability to accuratelyproofread and make corrections
High comfort level withnew technologies and applications
