Regional Quality Leader India ASEAN (Job Number: 196104W-01)
Key Job Responsibilities:
•Leads a regional Quality Control and Quality Assurance team.
•Delivers accurate and cost effective product quality information to enable stakeholders to deliver quality product to meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
•Works with regional Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory leadership to align the regional quality resources to support the business.
•Manages regional manufacturing laboratories to provide required data, safely and cost effectively to meet business capacity needs.
•Provide data, analysis, and recommendations of product quality inventory.
•Supports the definition, development and implementation of Quality productivity projects within the laboratories and manufacturing facilities quality processes in partnership with the business (ie., sample plans), and analytical/plant teams.
•Leads the regional implementation of corporate standards, operating procedures, training, and analytical technology across sites, both at internal facilities and external manufacturing. Additionally, Include EHS and Technology standards compliance for external manufacturing through auditing.
•Ensures products are in compliance with all External and Internal requirements.
•Leads root cause investigation of significant quality incidents.
•Audits sites for compliance to quality and product regulatory standards.
•Monitors and communicates regional metrics and objectives for quality.
Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Science Discipline
Experience: 15 years industry, 5 years in agriculture or similar discipline preferred
Quality: 5 years of quality leadership, 5 years of quality management system experience, 3 years laboratory / analytical experience preferred
Primary Location: APAC-India-Telangana-Hyderabad
