Corteva Agriscience™, Agriculture Division of DowDuPont™ has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Effectiveness Manager serving the Amarillo area.

This position is responsible for the planning and implementation of Sales Effectiveness:

  • Territory Planning (coverage) forseed

  • Sales force development (focused on new sellers) toincrease the overall effectiveness of customer service by agencies and fieldemployees, to drive profitable market share and sustainable growth for theirassigned areas.

  • Guide overall strategies, tactical execution andcoordination across functions with the Commercial Unit and ensure strategies areconsistent with the overall strategies.

  • Develop and track execution of 5 year plans thatsupport assigned areas.

  • Work closely with Commercial Unit Finance on thedevelopment and management of New Points of Sale and EquipmentBudgets.

  • Provide sales training and development for new salespersonnel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Ag-Business, Agronomy, Business or Marketing. Willconsider other degrees with related field sales experience.

  • At least 5 years experience in Ag marketing, sales or salesmanagement.

  • Project management experience preferred
