Corteva Agriscience TM, Agriculture Division of DowDuPont, is seeking recent Supply Chain Management/Operations Management, Engineering/Sciences or Business graduates for our Ag Integrated Rotational Program (AIR). We are offering a rewarding opportunity for bright, talented, business-minded students with the leadership capabilities and determination to enhance our Procurement organization.

The AIR Program gives recent Supply Chain Management/Operations Management, Engineering/Sciences or Business graduates an opportunity to gain a broad perspective and valuable experience in a series of rotation assignments at different sites throughout Corteva Agriscience TM leading to long term career paths. It offers assignments two to three years in length, allowing one to train, develop, and grow professionally while making meaningful contributions to the bottom line. Through the program, graduates build a solid record of accomplishments and gain a broad-based perspective of the company. Working at several Corteva Agriscience TM sites helps the early career employee determine where their talents best suit our business needs.

A minimum of two assignments is required, each being 2-3 years in length. Total geographic flexibility is a requirement while active as an AIR Participant. Assignments will be selected for each individual based of previous experience and business needs. Assignments can fall within 3 job umbrellas: Supply Chain, Procurement, Projects and Logistics.

Qualifications

  • 100% geographic flexibility to allow for best career development fit.

  • Commitment to complete a minimum of two assignments totaling 4.5 – 5 years.

  • A specific major is not required although preference will be given to candidates completing a degree in Supply Chain Management/Operations Management, Engineering/Sciences or Business by June 2019.

  • Relevant Work Experience:

  • 5 months minimum, 5 year’s maximum of paid engineering work experience in manufacturing or engineering Research and Development in an industrial setting

OR

  • 2.5 months of paid academic engineering Research and Development work plus 2.5 months of paid Co-Op/ Internship engineering experience in manufacturing or engineering Research and Development in an industrial setting

  • Legal right to work in the United States without restriction.

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • 3.0 or greater GPA (out of 4.0 scale)
