E2E Pharmaceutical Marketing Domain Leader (Job Number: 191654W-01)

As part of our growth planning, we seek to grow our presence in the broad pharmaceutical protection space. This Marketing Venture Manager will lead a cross functional, global team to investigate and drive the strategy and execution of these growth plans.
Lead the Marketing | New Business Development efforts for a cross functional, global team targeted at growing the pharmaceutical protection business.
Build, own and manage a portfolio of growth programs, both organic and inorganic, in support of the strategy.
Lead industry analysis to identify the key insights that power discovery and incubation.
Analyze the competitive landscape to position ventures in targeted end use application areas.
Develop key market insights through established and innovative marketing tools, including ethnographic research and blueprinting.
Define staged go-to-market plans to test and refine the market fit of new ventures.
Develop and propose investment plans aligned with the key needs of the portfolio.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with core business and functional leaders.
Assemble and manage a talented and motivated team to launch new ventures.
Perform due-diligence on inorganic growth opportunities, including M&A, JVs, and partnerships.
High potential talent with passion for the domain, personal drive and ambition.
7-10 years of business/corporate development experience, or 3 years of business/development experience and 5 years of experience with pharmaceutical cGMP.
Entrepreneurial mindset and in depth understanding of translating customer needs to product and market actions.
Self-starter and motivator.
Leadership presence and inclination to develop talent.
Strong influence management and ability to work with and gain alignment across a wide range of functions and cultures.
Willingness to travel up to 50-75%, including global travel.
B.S. or B.A. plus experience working in technically-oriented businesses.
Experience with inorganic growth deals, including M&A, JVs, Strategic Alliances.
Global team management experience and/or prior international role.
Languages: any of the following – German, French, Japanese, Chinese.
