Electronics & Imaging Product Stewardship Analyst (Job Number: 196688W-01)


As part of a global team, the Product Stewardship Analyst provides support to comply with regulatory requirements, conform with corporate standards, meet customer expectations and achieve business goals. The role involves interacting with a large network of colleagues and resources in Asia Pacific, EMEA and US.

The individual in this role may sit in Wilmington, DE or Marlboro, MA

  • Apply an understanding of product stewardship, regulatory and sustainability topics and national chemical inventory compliance to support growth of the product portfolio.

  • Participates in and assists in the preparation of regulatory impact and Product Stewardship assessments and reviews.

  • Proactively supports various aspects of maintaining product compliance status and in responding to customer inquiries.

  • Analyzes product composition, including raw materials, and regulatory requirements to be able to answer questions regarding product compliance status.

  • Develops an understanding of existing and emerging regulatory and product stewardship issues and their impact on product lines; communicates business impact and assists in implementation.

  • Assists in the implementation of the Product Stewardship Management System

  • Assists in the development and maintenance of collaboration and work flow management tools as well as performance metrics.


  • BA/BS/MS degree in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology), Engineering or Supply Chain, another comparable technical field or minimum 2 years of business or industry experience.

  • Experience with SAP a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse, multi-functional and cross-geographic team.

  • Demonstrated ability to organize self, manage information and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Able to work accurately under pressure with changing demands / priorities to deliver accurate results with a sense of urgency.

  • Proven effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proven computer proficiency including Microsoft® Office, SharePoint and the ability to manage and manipulate data in spreadsheets, databases and websites.

  • Ability to use risk based decision making.

  • This position involves working with a globally dispersed team and will require participation in calls outside of core working hours.
