HR Technology Functional/Technical Analyst for ADP eTime (Job Number: 013205W-01)


The HR Technology Functional/Technical Analyst (eTime) will be an integral part of the HR Technology team coordinating the needs and potential configuration and enhancements to the eTIME system. This role will work with the DuPont eTIME user community to design, and implement the needed solutions to accurately calculate the paid and unpaid time off for employees. This role will work closely with the Payroll Services team to ensure any eTIME enhancements or modifications have the intended result in the payroll system and processes. The successful candidate will be a skilled Kronos and/or ADP eTIME software practitioner. This role will also support processes for the HR Direct solutions, in particular, the Workday HR solution and work closely with the HRDSC in supporting Workday and eTime. The role is aligned to the HR Function and reports to the HR Technology Production Support Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating eTIME activities between work streams

  • Configuring and testing the expected solution in the application.

  • Troubleshooting issues reported via the HRDSC, Payroll or HR community

  • Participate in the various aspects of the configuration process including requirement analysis, determining functional specifications, configuration, testing and deployment.

  • Research, document, configure and test all functional elements involving rules reports, Hyperfinds and Quick Navs.

  • Responsible for day to day management of the HRSC escalation activities including managing the intake and routing of SFDC cases assigned to the HR Technology; responsible for the timely escalation, routing and resolution of issues in accordance with the defined issue triage and resolution process

  • Develop and document testing strategies and outcomes


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Technology, or business field OR equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years of experience configuring ADP eTIME including:

  • Labor Levels

  • Kronos Accruals

  • Kronos WIM Interface Tool

  • Developing reports

  • Modifying and/or creating Hyperfinds and Quick Navs

  • Strong HR technology and HR process experience and expertise

  • SQL and/or other query tools

  • Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization

  • Strong customer orientation

  • Strong issue resolution and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Strong HR functional expertise and operations acumen

  • Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, influencing and cross-functional teamwork skills

  • Excellent communication, writing and facilitation skills
