Sourcing and Logistics Senior Improvement Leader – M&A (Job Number: 194424W-01)
The Sourcing and Logistics (S&L) Senior Improvement Leader – M&A leads the effective and compliant acquisition integration and divesture of companies for the Specialty Products Division of DowDuPont™. Working closely with other corporate project teams, the successful candidate must have the ability to lead global, multi-site initiatives to achieve S&L accountabilities and drive excellence through program and project leadership. The role will be heavily involved in:
Facilitating the transfer of agreements and leased assets and licenses as documented in M&A Agreements
Facilitating with the regional Logistics Trade Compliance teams to ensure the “right to operate” is established
Establishing the list of agreements required between the sending and receiving companies.
Working closely with the IT project team to manage the transition of the Requisition-to-Pay project as agreed in the M&A Agreements
The S&L Senior Improvement Leader – M&A will be the primary contact for procurement integration strategies, objectives and plans. The role will include heavy responsibility for analyzing, planning, and tracking project phases and activities to enable effective communication of timelines, milestones, and goals to organizational stakeholders.
The role will also be expected to lead or participate in sourcing and improvement projects outside the M&A focus from time to time, to achieve cost reductions, process improvements, etc.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Sciences, or Supply Chain Management
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a Sourcing role, particularly in buy contracts
Excellent project/program management experience, with demonstrated proficiency in delivering on-time, quality results
Experienced in contracts and/or contract administration
Experienced in identifying and developing standard methodologies, helping the businesses implement external and internal supply chain best practices
Advanced skills and experience in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel) and SharePoint.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to lead complex analyses
Strong attention to detail, with experience in managing all aspects of M&A projects
Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, Black Belt certification and Lean Practitioner preferred
